At Top Rated Designs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture; if an item isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all items are in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a successful return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or visit our Returns Center to enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer's box and include all assembly hardware, manuals, and protective padding.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from your email, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is fully processed.
